Amanda Pearce – President and CEO
Amanda is the Founder and Director of Marketing at Midwest Horizons Marketing, a Leavenworth-based agency she established in January 2022. Her journey in digital marketing began in 2013 when she discovered her aptitude for developing e-commerce websites, leading her to transition from a digital marketing customer to a vendor with a media company in 2018. Over the years, Amanda has accumulated diverse experience across various industries in both the public and private sectors.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Amanda plays a significant role in her community. She serves as the Vice President of the Leavenworth Historical Society and is a board member of the Leavenworth-Lansing Chamber of Commerce. Her commitment to community service is further highlighted by her involvement with Rotary, Leavenworth Main Street, and in years past her local Athletic Boosters.
Recognizing a gap in the market, Amanda noticed that many companies did not adequately represent the demographics of her area. She identified a need for affordable digital solutions for small businesses and tailored marketing strategies for larger businesses dealing with challenges like lower population density. This insight was crucial in shaping the mission of Midwest Horizons Marketing, emphasizing value-driven solutions to meet the unique needs of her clients.
Mike Pearce – Vice President & COO
We are proud to announce that Mike Pearce has joined Midwest Horizons Marketing as our new Vice President and Chief Operating Officer!
Mike brings a wealth of leadership experience and a distinguished background in both conventional and special operations communities.
A Special Forces (Green Beret) officer, Mike’s illustrious military career began as an Infantry soldier in 1988. Rising through the ranks, he achieved the rank of Sergeant before transitioning to officer training. In 1997, he was commissioned as an Infantry Second Lieutenant after graduating from Kansas State University through the ROTC program.
Academically, Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Kansas State University and a Master’s Degree in Global/Interagency Studies from Kansas University. He is also a graduate of the US Army Command and General Staff College.
Outside of his professional achievements, Mike values quality time with his wife, Amanda Pearce, and their large blended family. They make their home in Leavenworth, Kansas. His strategic vision, dedication, and diverse experiences make him an exceptional leader for Midwest Horizons Marketing.
Lexy Henry- Facebook Creative Director
We are thrilled to introduce Lexy Henry, who joins us as the Facebook Creative Director, bringing a wealth of experience and passion for innovation to our team. Lexy’s remarkable journey in the dynamic world of Facebook Creative has carved her a niche in conceptualizing engaging, impactful campaigns.
A true lover of the great outdoors, Lexy finds joy in nature and cherishes her moments surrounded by flora and fauna. Her love for animals is evident in the cherished company of her three dogs, who are very much part of her family.
Creativity flows through Lexy’s veins. When she’s not leading creative projects at work, she dedicates her time to her family and indulges in her favorite pastimes. You can often find her in her cozy craft room, immersed in various art projects, especially quilting—a craft she holds dear.

Brandy Pearce- Fayetteville NC Regional Sales Representative

Johnny Greene – Regional Marketing Associate – VA
Midwest Horizons Marketing, LLC is proud to welcome Johnny Greene as our Regional Marketing Associate – VA. Based in our Abingdon, Virginia office, Johnny supports clients across Southwest Virginia and nearby markets within about an hour of Abingdon, including Tennessee and North Carolina.
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Johnny brings a service-first mindset and a steady, solutions-oriented approach to every client relationship. He lives in Abingdon with his wife, Jessica, and their two sons.
