Amanda Pearce - Owner and Director of Marketing
Amanda is the Founder and Director of Marketing of Midwest Horizons Marketing. She has been based in Leavenworth, KS. since moving there in 2023. Over the years, Amanda gained experience in various industries in both the public and private sectors. In 2013, she began developing e-commerce websites for her employer and discovered her natural talent for it. In 2018, Amanda transitioned from being a digital marketing customer to becoming a digital marketing vendor when she joined a media company.
Amanda is actively involved in her community and has served in organizations such as Rotary and the local Athletic Boosters. She is a dedicated mother and in 2020, Amanda welcomed her first grandchild, Tucker, and proudly took on the role of "Nannie."
Throughout her career, Amanda recognized a significant need in the market. None of the companies she worked for adequately represented the demographics of her area. Small businesses required more affordable digital solutions, while larger businesses needed solutions tailored to the challenges posed by lower population density. Amanda's goal has always been to provide value to her clients, and this priority played a vital role in assembling her team. As a response to this need, Midwest Horizons Marketing was founded by Amanda in January 2022.
Mike Pearce - CEO
We are proud to announce that Mike Pearce has joined Midwest Horizons Marketing as our new Chief Executive Officer!
Mike brings a wealth of leadership experience and a distinguished background in both conventional and special operations communities.
A Special Forces (Green Beret) officer, Mike's illustrious military career began as an Infantry soldier in 1988. Rising through the ranks, he achieved the rank of Sergeant before transitioning to officer training. In 1997, he was commissioned as an Infantry Second Lieutenant after graduating from Kansas State University through the ROTC program.
Academically, Mike holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Kansas State University and a Master's Degree in Global/Interagency Studies from Kansas University. He is also a graduate of the US Army Command and General Staff College.
Outside of his professional achievements, Mike values quality time with his wife, Amanda Pearce, and their large blended family. They make their home in Leavenworth, Kansas. His strategic vision, dedication, and diverse experiences make him an exceptional leader for Midwest Horizons Marketing.
Lexy Henry- Facebook Creative Director at Midwest Horizons Marketing
We are thrilled to introduce Lexy Henry, who joins us as the Facebook Creative Director, bringing a wealth of experience and passion for innovation to our team. Lexy's remarkable journey in the dynamic world of Facebook Creative has carved her a niche in conceptualizing engaging, impactful campaigns.
A true lover of the great outdoors, Lexy finds joy in nature and cherishes her moments surrounded by flora and fauna. Her love for animals is evident in the cherished company of her three dogs, who are very much part of her family.
Creativity flows through Lexy's veins. When she’s not leading creative projects at work, she dedicates her time to her family and indulges in her favorite pastimes. You can often find her in her cozy craft room, immersed in various art projects, especially quilting—a craft she holds dear.
Lexy's boundless imagination, coupled with her dedication to her family and hobbies, makes her the perfect fit for Midwest Horizons Marketing. We are excited to see the creative sparks she will ignite within our team!
Mikala Smith- Kansas City Regional Sales Representative
Mikala joins Midwest Horizons Marketing as the Kansas City Regional Sales Representative and is also a licensed cosmetologist. Mikala enjoys her role as a full-time dog mom to her dog Kye and as an aunt to the best nephew in the world! She also enjoys spending her free time with all of her family! She is excited to join the Midwest Horizons Marketing team!
